Further online services not included in our tube weaning treatments

Besides our netcoached tube weaning program we offer further online consultation and assessments for infantile eating behaviour disorders not linked to tube dependency. Unlike the in- or outpatient program, which is run by our interdisciplinary team at the University Children's Hospital Graz, this online consultation service for infantile eating behaviour disorders is run by Univ.Prof.Dr.med. Marguerite Dunitz-Scheer and her team on a private basis.

How it works
Before registering for our online consultation services contact marguerite.dunitz-scheer@notube.at in order to make sure your child is qualified for online consultation and to discuss the further proceeding.
Next to that you can register for this service just as for our other services. After receiving your payment we will activate your personal area and you can start online consultation by creating a support ticket.

Please note that online consultation is done on a private basis. Due to this, it possibly takes up to 48 hours until your support ticket is answered. However, our physicians try to come online as often as possible, at least once a day, to help you and your child through this difficult phase.

Requirements
Please inform the attending physician of your child about the planned use of our online consultation service. If she or he strongly advises you not to participate and is NOT willing to see your child in case of any health concerns during the online consultation process, then we do not recommend this method but strongly advise you to pass on the reasons of non-approval to us and ask her or him to directly contact us via marguerite.dunitz-scheer@notube.at.
