In the year 2011 many new patients, participated and succeeded in the Netcoaching program. Furthermore, NoTube’s medical experts travelled for lectures all around the world. In February 2011 Prof. Dunitz-Scheer and Prof. Scheer visited Melbourne, Australia and were invited to speak about their experiences referring to the topic of early eating behavior disorders, particularly tube dependence and different intervention and diagnostic possibilities. Several presentations and appearances, especially in Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Russia followed. NoTube joined the Swiss Association of TeleMedicine and E-health and won the Fast Forward Public Award in September 2011. In October 2011 Notube hosted its first conference in Tel Aviv, Israel. NoTube and its special tube weaning method Netcoaching were also presented in many newspapers as well as in TV. During the whole year 2011, NoTube´s medical experts also published some very interesting and important articles and book chapters about early eating behavior disorders and tube dependence, which can be downloaded in the literature section.
We would like to thank our former and currently treated patients and their families for all their support and help in the mission against eating behavior disorders, particularly tube dependence in toddlers and infants, to live a tube free life!
